Pricing is correct at the time of publishing. If at any time, it is necessary to alter them you will be notified at the time of ordering.

Availability

All products are subject to availability, and we will inform you if a product you have ordered is not available.

Cancellation

You can cancel your contract as long as you act within 7 days of receiving the goods

If you would like to cancel before the order has been despatched then please email customerservice@fiestacrafts.co.uk

Returns

If you are unhappy about any product for any reason, send it back to us within 30 days of receipt of goods, with all original packaging and we will refund or replace it for you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We cannot reimburse for postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of goods to you, as these are direct costs, and cannot be refunded, except in the case of cancellations where the item has not already been sent.

If you are missing a part of the product on arrival, please email customerservice@fiestacrafts.co.uk with the exact piece missing and your name and address, and we will send the missing part to you.

Please complete the Exchange and Return form sent with the order and return it with the item. There is no need to contact us separately.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, and will be until it is received by us in our warehouse. We suggest you obtain a proof of postage certificate from the post office. Please send returns to Fiesta Crafts Ltd, 3 Centenary Road, Enfield EN3 7UD, UK

Fiesta Crafts Ltd will not be liable for any claim exceeding the cost of the goods. Fiesta Crafts Ltd will not be liable for any consequential loss howsoever arising. This does not affect your statutory rights.
